'The West must stop being afraid of escalation, while it should not offer Putin an "off-ramp" or "face-saving." Negotiations & agreements with Putin have proven meaningless since he always lies. He must lose. Otherwise he will start new wars, just like Hitler did.
Concretely, this means that the US should develop as much potent offensive arms that Ukraine asks for as fast as possible. The faster Ukraine wins, the lower the human & financial cost of the war will be.'
