'..The biggest threat to Ukraine is Kremlin and their agents in Ukraine. They are behind the decision of the Constitutional Court, which demolished the anticorruption reform yesterday.'

'..the only option to regain trust is to have a property vetted new court (like the Anti-Corruption Court).'

'..a very interesting ICTV debate 8 experts debated with President Zelenskyy. There was quite a consensus on the scope of situation the country was put in after the scandalous decision of the constitutional court. Rhetoric was heated but arguments rather sharp .. compared the court to “legal terrorists” .. what if the court itself is radically threatening the country while enjoying FULL immunity?

My bottom line is this is NOT just a judicial problem, it is a constitutional crisis which requires a political solution. If dissolved, the only option to regain trust is to have a property vetted new court (like the Anti-Corruption Court).

..the constitutional court is ONE of the many hydra heads. Even if judges go peacefully, the appointment and disciplinary procedures (HQCJ & HCJ) have to be properly reformed to break the hold of the judicial elite while preventing a new politicization of the courts.'
