The wiki aims to be a practical resource, almost a sort of handbook, for leaders who feel called to go "Teal" with their business, nonprofits, schools or hospital.
The wiki is still young, it's a 1.0 release, some articles read better than others. But it’s already in many ways a more powerful resource than the book “Reinventing Organizations”. It goes into more depth. It is more practical. It is easier to search.
I generally avoid superlatives, but I think this is true: if you are on a journey with your organization, there is probably no other place with more helpful information! And the wiki will keep getting better. The goal is clearly to outgrow the book, to be the place that synthesizes the latest insights and practices beyond the 12 organizations I had researched.
