'..deflationary impacts..'

<blockquote>‘Few understand the deflationary impacts .. or the stress..’

- Mike Shedlock (Context, 2011)</blockquote>

<blockquote>'..look at wholesale prices (Producer Price Index) .. Germany just reported that producer prices fell by 2.3% in the year ended October, the fastest pace of decline since 2010. Prices for factory goods in China are falling rapidly too, dropping by just under 6% in October, compared to the prior year.

Since China is the world’s largest exporter, that means it’s exporting those falling prices around the world. This means that significant deflationary pressures are pushing their way into the global production pipeline. And even the US Producer Price Index was down 1.6% year-over-year in October.'

- Gary Halbert, The World Is Looking More & More Deflationary, November 25, 2015</blockquote>

Context

<blockquote>'..The resulting Credit stress only exacerbates disinflationary pricing pressures.'

'..virtually no one saw the deep structural impairment associated with the protracted Bubble..'</blockquote>
